12-Week S&C Cycle - Week 1

New training cycle starts today!

A pretty standard 12-Week Hybrid S&C training.

Intent: Establish or maintain our foundation for this S&C cycle; with the goal of progressively overloading throughout the program to promote strength gains.

Focus: Main strength work is going to be consisting of the Barbell Back Squat, Barbell Strict Press, and the Barbell Bench Press. We are also going to be focusing on skill development work to compliment some skills found in standard METCONs.
