Intent: Continue to build from the work from week 1. Work on refining skills for our skill work progressions and maintain consistency.
Focus: Progressively overload the Back Squat, Strict Press, and Bench Press. Skill work to improve our efficiency and confidence in our METCONs.

- Monday - Strength: Back Squat & Accessory Work
- Tuesday - Bar Muscle Muscle Up & METCON
- Wednesday - Strength: Strict Press & Accessory Work
- Thursday - Snatch Skills and METCON
- Friday - Strength: Bench Press & Accessory Work
- Saturday - Ring Muscle Up & METCON
- Sunday - Active Recovery & Rest
