Monday: Strength - Back Squat & Accessory Work
Tuesday: Skill Work - Chest to Bar Pull Ups & METCON
Wednesday: Strength - Strict Press & Accessory Work
Thursday: Skill Work - Barbell Cycling & METCON
Friday: Strength - Bench Press & Accessory Work
Saturday: Skill Work - Handstand Walks & HeroWOD
Sunday: Active Recovery & Rest
