This week continues to progressively overload while focusing on maintaining our skill-based conditioning days. Our percentages are going to increase.
Intent: Increase towards those heavier percentages in our main lifts (near 85%)

Monday: Strength - Back Squat & Accessory Work
Tuesday: Skill Work - Ring Muscle Ups & METCON
Wednesday: Strength - Strict Press & Accessory Work
Thursday - Skill Work - Snatch Cycling & METCON
Friday: Strength - Bench Press - & Accessory Work
Saturday: Skill Work - Handstand Walking & HeroWOD
Sunday: Active recovery or rest day
