12-Week S&C Cycle - Week 6
We’re on the final week of phase 2 in this cycle. We’re moving to the 85% ranges in intensity for our strength work; that also means our conditioning intensity will increase as well. Skill work wont be going away.
Weekly Breakdown:
Monday - Strength: Front Squat
Tuesday - Barbell Conditioning
Wednesday - Strength: Push Press
Thursday - Conditioning METCON
Friday - Strength: Deadlift
Saturday - Conditioning METCON
Sunday - Rest Day
