20250120 - 1 RM Testing - Power Clean & Back Squat
Main Testing:
1: Barbell Power Clean - Find new max.
- Build to heavy sets of 3, 2, 1, and increase until either failure or near failure.
2: Barbell Back Squat - Find new max.
- Build in weight; rest as needed between sets.
- Ensure the use of Safety Squat Bars and or a Spotter.
Accessory Work (Optional):
1: Bulgarian Split Squats - 2x12/12
2: Hamstring Curls - 2x15
