Main Testing:
1: Barbell Push Press - Find 1 RM
- Perform sets of 3, 2, and 1; progressing up in weight until failure.
- Rest as needed between heavy sets.
- Take from a rack.
2: Pull Ups - Find Max Reps or Max Weight
Accessory Work (Optional):
1: Dumbbell Incline Bench Press - 3x10
2: Banded Face Pulls 3x20
