1: Low-Impact Cardio

  • 20-30 minutes; walking, swimming, biking; low impact and low intensity activity.

2: Foam Rolling & Mobility Work

  • Target sore areas of the body; perform dynamic stretches to enhance ROM.

3: Enjoy some time off, look back on the testing days so far completed and to the testing days not yet done.
